These terms govern your use of Horse Tips's AI-powered betting platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Horse Tips, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
⚠️ Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to use Horse Tips's services. By using our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in betting activities in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age and may terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Description of Service
Horse Tips provides AI-powered betting tips and predictions for horse racing matches. Our service uses advanced algorithms to analyse match data and generate betting recommendations.

3. AI Horse Racing Tips System
Race Builder and Racing Multiple generations are paid for with AI horse racing tips. Each generation (one Race Builder generation or one Racing Multiple generation) costs 1 tip. You can buy tip packs as one-off purchases without a membership. Membership is optional: it adds a monthly tip allowance, higher builder limits and features (depending on tier), and discounts on tip packs — it is not required just to generate tips if you have tips available.
3.1 Purchased tips
AI horse racing tips can be bought in one-off tip packs from the app (e.g. via the dashboard or the dedicated purchase page). Tips that you purchase do not expire: they remain in your account until you use them. Pricing and pack sizes may change; the options available at the time of purchase apply.
3.2 Membership tip allowance
If you subscribe to a membership plan, you receive a monthly allowance of AI horse racing tips (amount depends on tier). Those tips are subject to the subscription terms (valid until the end of the current billing period and no rollover). See section 4 for full subscription terms.
3.3 Example tip packs
Pack names, tip amounts, and prices are set on the purchase page and may be updated. The following are illustrative only:

4. Membership plans
Horse Tips offers Starter, Premium, and Elite membership plans with monthly billing and a monthly allowance of AI horse racing tips. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms. Current prices are shown on the subscribe page.
4.1 Plans and pricing
All paid plans include Race Builder and Racing Multiple. Premium and Elite add analytics and other features as described at checkout. Billing starts at checkout for the selected plan.
You are charged at the start of each billing period. You may end your subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused AI horse racing tips.
4.2 Tips under membership
On each successful billing period (monthly) you receive your plan's allowance of AI horse racing tips. Membership tips are valid until the end of the current billing period and do not roll over. We are not liable for any loss of unused tips if your subscription ends, if your subscription lapses, or if we suspend or terminate your access.
4.3 Access and service
Use of Race Builder and Racing Multiple requires available AI horse racing tips (purchased or from a membership allowance). We may suspend or end your subscription or access in line with these Terms, for non-payment, or for abuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any inability to access the service.
4.4 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must end your subscription before the new price applies.
4.5 No warranty; limitation of liability
Horse Tips Pro and all tips, predictions, and features are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular outcome or profit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the subscription (including for billing, tips, or access) is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
5. No Guarantees
While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the outcome of any betting tips. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Leaderboard Display
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to having your username, bet selections, and winnings displayed in our public leaderboards on the homepage. This helps showcase successful predictions and build community engagement.
You can opt-out of leaderboard display at any time by adjusting your privacy settings in your dashboard. When you opt-out, your information will no longer appear in future leaderboard updates, but previous appearances may remain visible.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Horse Tips are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Horse Tips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
